Most people wear hats and winter coats and clothes inside as the aircon seems to be stuck permanently on and blows icy cold air across the pub. You can see the baubles and tinsel and hanging signage blowing around in the artic breeze. It's ridiculous. There is a fire, but it is rarely if ever lit. It would probably be blown out by the wind anyway

As a disabled person, I found this to be very welcoming. I would recommend this place to everyone. They even have a garden room and garden. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful.

It does get very busy at peak times, especially on Saturdays, and can be quite noisy. Overall, I can't fault this place at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but they can be overwhelmed during busy times, leading to queues at the bar. A fantastic team effort by all, well done!
