When we arrived, it was empty and we we... read more I wanted to celebrate my birthday with some cocktails, so my partner and I decided to visit the "playground" restaurant. When we arrived, it was empty and we were hesitant to stay because we thought the staff might be different than what we expected at 10:00 a.m. We returned an hour later and still found no one there, which seemed strange for a restaurant located on a main road. Eventually, we saw about 4-5 unprofessional staff members who looked upset while standing at the bar. They did not greet us or make us feel welcome, so I approached them to ask for cocktails. Their response was cold and one of the staff members even made a face and pouted.

I ordered two single shots with mixers and when I went to pay, the card reader was kept at a distance from me and was not showing the correct amount. I noticed that the order was incorrect, so I asked for the total before paying. The bartender initially said it was £28 for my two drinks, but after further questioning, admitted to making a mistake and said the correct total was £14. I found it suspicious and thought it was more than just a simple error. Later, we checked my friend's card and she was charged £20 for the exact same order just 20 minutes later. I advise checking your bill thoroughly before paying to avoid any confusion or overcharging.

Amazing service, staff were extremely friendly and take pride and care in any drink they make, went here on a Friday night, there was a dj that was fantastic. n... read more Amazing service, staff were extremely friendly and take pride and care in any drink they make, went here on a Friday night, there was a dj that was fantastic. nothing is impossible for the playground staff to miss the atmosphere that it was lively and I didn't want to go to a busy night, there were 15 of us and we didn't have a table, but the management and the staff had it under control and managed to give us a stand. always better to book, but this is everywhere. very worth, fantastic experience all around. very clean, friendly and a jolly fantastic night outside. birthday, jubilee. casual drink. that is the place to be. can not wait until silvester it will be an amazing on the playground.

I have a little tender this morning. music atmosphere is great. the personal was absolutely beautiful. very recommended.
