I have previously left a review of this pizza hut and rated it one star. I received a leaflet saying there was new management at this branch and it seems like improvements have been made. Ordered a pizza at 8.15, pizza arrived at 8.40. Unfortunately 2 dips that I paid for were missing which the driver Zac apologised for and reassured me he would be back with them. Indeed he kept his word and was back within 15mins with not 2 but 4 dips! Now I know dips don't seem that important but for us we cannot enjoy the pizza without them. Definitely impressed by the service on this occasion, keep it up pizza hut!
Just ordered a pizza and it was burnt and the delivery man forgot my Pepsi and said I had two choices: he could go back and get it (he didn't seem impressed by that option) or I could call up and get 25% off a next order ... Terrible service!!!
Unfortunately I won't be ordering from this branch anymore as the two pizzas and nachos I ordered this evening where all terribly overcooked to the point where it was all burnt and dried out. It was so bad that it looked like they weren't even freshly made pizzas, it all looked and tasted like day old ingredients. They used to be pretty good but definitely something has changed for the foodto be so bad now. I expect better when they charge so much for their pizzas. The delivery was prompt but food was awful.
Ordered a pizza online at 6.30pm, initial delivery arrived at 6.56pm which we were impressed with as normally it takes over an hour to receive order. When we opened the box, the pizza was incorrect- instead of a bbq meat feast we were given a vegetarian pizza! I called up immediately at 7pm and got through to an employee who apologised and reassured me another pizza would be made and sent straight away. At 8.10 I called as we had been waiting over an hour for the replacement. Immediately I was put on hold for 15mins and made to listen to staff working in the background. I got fed up, hung up and rang back. After a while someone answered and said it had JUST been sent out. Terrible service from Pizza Hut! I understand it was a Friday night and it may have been busy but it seems like they have 1 delivery driver. Never had this kind of service from Dominos who have multiple drivers and orders are always received in less than an hour. This is the 2nd negative feedback I have had to leave within 2 months. The first time when we received the wrong size pizza which was cold we were not even offered a refund or goodwill gesture. Definitely not worth the money you pay for it if you are made to wait almost 2 hours and go hungry!
