Papa John's Pizza - Croydon

We have been waiting nearly 3 hours for our pizza no response from the store have called over 50 times and got nothing not even an email to say about delivery being late This isn’t the first time We have had cold pizza from here Never order from Coulsdon Surrey as the delivery service is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced

Don’t waste your time or money as slowest service ever. Thought delivery was bad as takes a good hour and a half to get your food list times. No apology or money off for their shoddy service like other competitors. Surprised Coulson branch get any return business.

Today, I decided to treat myself on cheat day and ordered from this restaurant for the first time in a while. The food tasted strange and later that night, I vomited 8 times and had a stomach ache. I asked my partner if the pizza tasted strange to him as well, and he agreed. He also got a stomach ache. It seems like the quality has gone downhill since I used to work there a few years ago. I strongly advise against ordering from them unless you want to get sick.

Literally the worst Papa Johns branch ever. Ordered pizza online, it stated it had been delivered which it hadn't. I called the store multiple times but there was no answer at all apart from once when someone answered then hung up on me. Customer service is absolutely shocking as there is none. Would not recommend this branch AT ALL!

I was a regular here until one occasion I found a long brown hair in the pizza. On 2 further occasions the person making the pizza had no gloves on and was handling both the pizza and the card payment machine, picking up boxes and dealing with customers. That's not on, you don't do that, at least wear gloves and separate the service of customers and the person making the pizza!
