Absolutely great.
I went with around five of my friends and we highly enjoyed this restaurant. The exterior and interior appearance and it may deter you however do give this place a try! Its a fairly old building but the people that own the place have said they may be renovating soon which is great!

Absolutely great. I went with around five of my friends and we highly enjoyed this restaurant. The exterior and interior appearance and it may deter you however do give this place a try! Its a fairly old building but the people that own the place have said they may be renovating soon which is great! The food is absolutely amazing especially the chicken, calamari, prawn and all the meats. The chef is very friendly and lively and if you ask he can do tricks for you on the grill. Lovely atmosphere but ensure bookings because it can get very very busy. Love the green tea icecream as well.
Absolutely great. I went with about five of my friends and we enjoyed this restaurant very much. the outer and inner look and there may be deter but they give this place an attempt! it's a pretty old building, but the people who own the place have said they could soon renovate what is big! eating is absolutely amazing above all the hull, calamari, garn and all flesh. the chef is very friendly and lively and when they ask, he can do tricks for them on the grill. beautiful atmosphere, but make them booklets safe because it can be very busy. also loves the green tea ice cream.
Unacceptable customer service. my wife made a reservation for the birthday of our daughter-in-law last Saturday at hana. When we arrived (5 of us), the resurrection was full, not a table. They said no problem, they would move the diners so that we could fit. this was clearly impossible, as the diners were already packed into the sticks. they didn't make excuses. it was a disaster! the restaurant is very down, maybe several change of hands. the staff looked sloppy, and in no way was inviting even if it had been table for us. fortunately we found another teppanyaki restaurant near willoughby road and ended with a great night.

Unacceptable Customer Service. My wife made a reservation at Hana for our daughter-in-law's birthday last Saturday. When we arrived of us) the resaurant was full, no table space. They said no problem, they would move the diners around so we could fit in. This was clearly impossible as the diners were already packed to the rafters They made no apology ... it was a disaster ! The restaurant is very run down, perhaps multiple change of hands. The staff looked sloppy and in no way was it inviting, even if there had been table space for us. Fortunately, we found another Teppanyaki restaurant nearby in Willoughby Road and ended up having a GREAT night.
The restaurant Hana has received mixed reviews, with some customers praising it as absolutely great while others experienced unacceptable customer service. Despite the run-down appearance of the building and staff, those who enjoyed their visit highlighted the amazing food, friendly chef, and lovely atmosphere. The green tea ice cream was also a hit among customers. However, booking in advance is recommended due to the restaurant's popularity. Overall, while some had a fantastic experience, others were left disappointed and had to find alternative dining options nearby.
