We had a quiet and pleasant Friday night at Broadway, located next to Dollar Tree. The nearby Speedway was quite busy inside and outside, but we found both of their AIR machines ready to use. The cashier was very polite and we had a great experience overall. View all feedback.

This restaurant deserves zero stars! The service was terrible and the staff here need to improve their customer service skills. The counter was dirty and the restroom lacked basic hygiene items. I had to request for the counter to be cleaned before I could make my purchase. It was not just me, but several others also had a bad attitude. I had to ask the cashier to calm down. This gas station is taking advantage of the community by charging inflated prices. The gas prices are notably higher compared to nearby areas. Additionally, the pumps operate at a sluggish pace during the chilly winter season.
The restaurant/store is dirty on a daily basis, the restroom and gas pump are both out of order, Red Bulls are frequently out of stock, and the managers and cashiers display unprofessional behavior.
I went to BROADWAY, the previous location next to Dollar Tree. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience on a Friday night. The Speedway down the block, near the hotels, was crowded both inside and outside. Both AIR machines were working, so I used both locations. The cashier was very friendly.
I would give this restaurant zero stars! The customer service at Crownpoint NM Speedway store is very poor. The managers and cashiers need to be retrained in customer service skills, or better yet, replaced. The counter top was dirty and the restroom had no soap or paper towels. When I politely asked the cashier to wipe the counter top before placing my food there to purchase, the cashier, Lynnea R., responded with a bad attitude. I advised Lynnea to calm down, but she continued yelling at customers. I could smell alcohol on her breath as she yelled at me. I will not be returning to this store.
Bathroom out of order but they didn’t tell me until I had spent $40 on gas.
