Contribute Feedback What ElizabethP doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings Crown Point:
I visited on a Tuesday for the BOGO deal, which is really the only day worth going since the wings are quite small. I wouldn't recommend the Asian Zing sauce. However, the service was excellent! It was a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected in a sports bar, so it didn't bother me. Overall, I'd rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars. View all feedback.
Here for a fundraiser and our order lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. The place wasn't full and when we talked to the manager, she said there were so many to walk orders. I wish they had told me that waiting would take so long that I had gone because I was with my 3 5 year old children who praised it because they were so hungry. And our poor waitress had ALL tables in the outside and also some inside. Too many tables for a person should they really have more people on the staff when they hold and event. But our food was hot and really good. Tried the onion rings for the first time and loves them especially with the sauce that came with them.
I visited on a Tuesday for the buy one get one offer, which is definitely the best day to go since the wings are quite small. I wouldn't recommend the Asian Zing sauce. The service was excellent! It was a bit noisy, but it's a sports bar, so that's to be expected. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

I visited on a Tuesday for the BOGO deal, which is definitely the best day to go since the wings are quite small. I wouldn’t recommend the Asian Zing Sauce. On the plus side, the service was excellent! It was a bit loud, but considering it's a sports bar, it didn't bother me too much. Overall, I’d give it a rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars.
I visited this restaurant for a fundraiser and ended up waiting an hour and a half for our order. The place wasn't crowded, and when we spoke to the manager, she explained that the long wait was due to a high volume of takeout orders. I wish they had informed us about the extended wait time beforehand, as I was there with my three young children who were growing increasingly restless and hungry. Additionally, our waitress had too many tables to handle, managing not only all the outdoor seating but also some inside, which was clearly overwhelming for her. The restaurant should definitely consider having more staff available during events like this. On a positive note, when our food finally arrived, it was hot and delicious. I tried the onion rings for the first time and loved them, especially with the accompanying sauce.
