We've had the same omelets before without any issues, but this time they were overcooked and completely lacked cheese. When I called the restaurant to inform them about the missing cheese and the overcooking, they insisted that Denver omelets don’t come with cheese. I pointed out that the menu clearly states otherwise. The staff member became very defensive and placed me on hold. Eventually, someone else came back on the line, and I requested to speak with the manager, Mohammed. Unfortunately, he repeated the same assertion. The customer service was terrible, and the omelets were not good—they were overcooked. We will not be returning, and I am giving this experience one star solely because there’s no option for zero stars.

I’ve never have had a bad meal here and I’ve been going there for a long time but I do have to say since their prices went up the portions have gotten smaller I... read more I’ve never have had a bad meal here and I’ve been going there for a long time but I do have to say since their prices went up the portions have gotten smaller I’m always ordering the potatoe and stuffed pepper soups and the last 2 times I barely have potatoes in my cream of potatoe and stuffed pepper soup barley has hamburger in it I’m very disappointed
