Wouldn’t give me a refund because I couldn’t find where the order number was located. Was a waste of time and money because I can’t eat any of my food without the ranch.

Someone answered twice and put me right back on hold. I was on hold for over 5 mins.Again, don’t bother ordering over the phone at this location.

My wings were fried so long, some piece tasted like leather or beef jerky! 15 piece meal for 30 bucks! Come on Wing stop! Definitely washing my hands for good from this location!We had a credit for a free meal due to the last meal being cold once delivered! Well the free meal was also a fail!! Our food is still cold! Fries taste old and the chicken wings are dry with tough skin!!!
