I don’t know why I keep giving this wingstop chances! Whether I order thru door dash or online they can’t seem to get the order correct. The whole point of door dash is so I don’t have to leave the house but somehow I still have to drive up there to get the rest of my order. Two thumbs down. View all feedback.
They had my kid lie order ready to go! And it was perfect!
Expect less than average food and service, wings are never coated, never seasoned, expensive chicken nuggets. Shame.
I did an online order tonight that I paid $48 for. I went to go pick it up. No I don’t check my food in the car because “usually” it’s correct. My 1st impression of the food location was eh not good. It was dirty, the drink area had ice cubes to the top where the soda drip is. Staff was ok when I got there. But as soon as I got home, I noticed I didn’t get my veggie sticks. So I called said I didn’t get them,I didn’t feel like going back. So a refund? A credit for next time? No! I paid $11.59 for 6 boneless wings JOANNA when I explained this to her who said NO to credit or refund per policy…umm ok. So what now? I have to take all the food to the location just so they can see the carrots are in fact missing..what!? “Per policy” this has to be done. I mean I hope KENNETH didn’t make this policy because that’s crazy to go back show food to see something missing. Yes, I got an attitude, because I asked one my family members if they can go up there to take the food because I don’t feel like getting into an argument. Then JOANNA wants to intervine in my conversation talking about she wasn’t arguing. I never said she did. So since I was at this point irritated with her she hung up the phone LOL! Ok. I called back she answered the phone, I asked for her name: JOANNA her managers name: KENNETH!!! I will stick to Burleson which is more accommodating to making the paying customer happy.Over some carrots a call was escalated…INSANE! Extreme over some carrots? I mean yeah. But don’t try to get in my conversation or hang up on me. Call me a Karen, don’t care. I didn’t ask for anything FREE. I’m sticking to these $12 6 piece boneless wings ??Thank you H-E-B carrots, for coming in clutch.
Ordered delivery and the main item (large ranch) was missing. Called them and they acted like it was my fault. Wouldn’t give me a refund because I couldn’t find where the order number was located. Was a waste of time and money because I can’t eat any of my food without the ranch.
The restaurant was not very full, but service was incredibly slow. The wings were good, but not special.
