I went to get my red cup today. Worker at the window didn't say hi , she just handed me my cup and then just handed me my drink and kept speaking in her headset and didn't say thank you !! I tried to say thank you and she just looked at me angrily and pointed to her headset. So rude. Finish your order then hand me my drink and thank me. Not rocket science. View all feedback.

Great customer experience with Elliot for the 1st time. But on the 2nd time the other ppl added the jade citrus caffeine after we said no caffeine. We repeated it and still wrong…
