Cousins Bbq - Crowley

I had never tried Cousins BBQ before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered the three-meat plate, which came with ribs, brisket, and chicken, along with coleslaw and collard greens as my sides. They also had an amazing-looking chocolate chip cookie that I saved for later. The sides were delicious on their own, but when I dove into the meats, sheer happiness washed over me. Each one had a perfect crust, a delicious smoke ring, and the tenderness was just right. This BBQ was truly outstanding!

Excellent quality and experience! The establishment is extremely clean, and they serve some of the best brisket I've ever tasted. It's definitely a must-visit if you're in the Fort Worth area.

I used to dine here regularly, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The pulled pork sandwich was mostly fat, and the fried okra was overcooked. The chopped beef appeared as if it had already been eaten and was overly salty. It's such a shame because this used to be a great restaurant. I'm quite sad about it.

Almost everything I have had at Cousins is awsome and I never thought I would be disappointed... However, today I tried the banana pudding... I took one bite and spit it out. It was gritty, like it was made from a powder. I am not sure if this is theirusual recipe or they tried something new, as this was my first time trying it... As it stands, I won't pay for it again... Now,I would like to emphasize that it's ONLY the banana pudding. Everything else I have tried has been amazing!! Fix that and it's 5stars!!!

Incredibly unimpressed with this establishment. We have tried this particular cousins on 2 separate occasions, all pickup orders. The pickup process takes FOREVER. Was waiting at the counter for 35 minutes last time we tried. Not only this, but thefood was cold NOT very good. For food that's so EXPENSIVE, I would hope the service and product would at least be decent, butit wasn't. Our last order was well over $100 we didn't even get half our order. The front counter person was confrontationalabout it and there was a line so we ended up leaving. Won't be wasting my money here ever again.
