Bj Donuts Kolaches - Crowley

I ordered a pepperoni filled crust pizza bacon bread with honey mustard and I spoke to Kayla the manager there should be a credit in my name with another manager named Yankee unfortunately Yankee did not give any kind of credit there for me as he said he also did not turn off the order as he said he would. So I called tonight to order and although he didn't put it in the computer, manager Kayla said that she believed me and gave me the order that the food is very good and I guess she honored what Yankee neglected to put in the computer. Thanks to our customer service

I had terrible customer service from Papa John's. This place is not disappointed. I ordered from here at least ten times and never had a problem with my order. The only time I was uncomfortable with them is when I asked for delivery on a Friday night. When we called to see where our food was given, an exact estimate of when it would arrive. Get your own food and do not order on a weekend night and you will also be impressed.

This place is terrible. I called many different times of the day. They held me and never took up again. Every time I hung on the phone for 20 minutes or more. I couldn't get pizza from this place on Sunday. I can understand that the staff is everywhere. Idk, if that was the problem or what. From one professional to another, keep your customers informed. They are less likely so irate..

Pizza always fresh. Had problems once and they repaired it. Staff are always nice.
