Now, if I ask 3 cutters, I expect 3 cutters plus a degotation of products contained in the counter (olives, eggplants, under oil and various pickles.) the glaze of balsamic vinegar must be appreciated to the commensale not be oata as it is today for terrible decorations made by improvised people put in the kitchen. tomato bruschetta in any part of Italy is served seasoned at least with salt and oil and in general oa in a proper tomato, not served completely discarded. when a dish is incomplete, usually you or to replace what is missing with something else, since it was fragrantly paid and not responded finished the parmigiana. Fried meatballs must serve hot, not three hot and a cold. When you do food you have to make the right way, do not improvise at the expense of those who happen in this place, especially when you make it pay fragrantly.
