Ruby Tuesday - Crossville

The staff was great and helpful. My friends had the salad bar and then loved her. I had a delicious honey Bourbon chicken with 2 pages. The aroma that there was smells so wonderful that everyone in the restaurant looks on my plate. It was the best chicken I ever had.

Last night, we had an incredible meal at Crossville Ruby. The staff and management were extremely kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Carson, our waiter, did an outstanding job taking care of us and even took a picture for us. To top it off, a lovely family generously paid our bill, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for adding warmth to our hearts, our stomachs, and our evening.

Adam was an excellent server and a talented singer. The ribs were delicious. Thank you, we will definitely return soon.

My wife and I were in Crossville, Tennessee for our 39th wedding anniversary and I wanted to go to Longhorn Steakhouse, but the closest one was in Cookeville. So, we decided to try Ruby Tuesday instead. We had heard good things about their salad bar in the past, but many of our favorite restaurants had closed down. When we walked in, we were pleased to see the long, well-maintained bar right from the entrance. We were seated immediately, our food arrived promptly, and our waiter was polite and attentive. I ordered the salmon and my wife had the Steak Fajitas, both of which were delicious. The menu had a great variety of options and the desserts looked tempting, but we decided to skip them. The bill was reasonable and our evening at Ruby Tuesday was enjoyable. If you happen to be passing through, give them a try - you won't be disappointed.

The Ruby Tuesday location is the best one we have visited. We make sure to stop by whenever we're in the area. Unfortunately, the Harriman location is not up to par.
