The food was slightly cold as it had been left under the heat lamps for too long. I waited for almost 10 minutes and was considering leaving before someone finally took my order, while at least three other people were standing and watching me. View all feedback.

After going to this restaurant 6 or 7 times, I've finally decided to share my experience. Every time I have visited, I have requested ketchup or sauce while ordering, but without fail, I never receive any sauce, ketchup, or napkins. I always double check before sitting near the window, sometimes waiting for a while for the server to notice that I am still there. View all feedback.
On Sundays when our usual spot is closed, the chicken nuggets and their signature sauce are a fantastic choice. The flavor is spot-on and the restaurant is clean with a welcoming staff.
I love the service at this restaurant, they always greet me with a smile! I was pleasantly surprised to find a heart-shaped cookie on my plate when I started eating. I enjoy sharing dishes here and will definitely keep coming back for the excellent service!
Staff are very nice, burgers are fantastic frits are hot and crisp and they are not fresh about spices, salads, tomatoes, rolls and onions. Nice! This is our place for Burger bravo
I recently visited Hardee's and went through the drive-thru to pick up breakfast to take home. My nephew, who had just finished a 12-hour shift, and I were looking for a quick meal before he went to sleep and then had to work another 12-hour shift. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich we ordered was inedible due to the presence of cartilage. I have tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but no one answers the phone. Tonight, I will be returning the food in hopes of receiving a refund. This is the second time we have had a negative experience at this restaurant, but we decided to give it another chance. However, after this latest incident, we have decided that we will never dine at Hardee's again. It is important for the restaurant to answer their phones and address customer complaints promptly. I would give a negative rating if I could.
