My nephew, who had just finished a 12-hour shift, and I were look... read more I recently visited Hardee's and went through the drive-thru to pick up breakfast to take home. My nephew, who had just finished a 12-hour shift, and I were looking for a quick meal before he went to sleep and then had to work another 12-hour shift. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich we ordered was inedible due to the presence of cartilage. I have tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but no one answers the phone. Tonight, I will be returning the food in hopes of receiving a refund. This is the second time we have had a negative experience at this restaurant, but we decided to give it another chance. However, after this latest incident, we have decided that we will never dine at Hardee's again. It is important for the restaurant to answer their phones and address customer complaints promptly. I would give a negative rating if I could.

Very lackadaisical attitudes here. Do yourself a favor and skip this place unless you don't mind long wait times.
