It was good but there was only one girl helping everyone and doing the drive thru... 2 other employees just like a deer in headlights... Should have people knowing what they are doing during busy times the cars were all the way to the main road inside was crazy and this poor girl and older woman at drive thru doing everything... They deserve a raise! Without them your business would fall apart... View all feedback.
What Kathy S doesn't like about Dunkin':
Their machines are never working. If it's not the latte machine broken ,today it was the frozen machine. Their really slow , it's nothing to wait 10 20 minutes for you order. For a newer store they sure have lots to learn about running a business.The store is in a good location. The inside is bright and cheery. View all feedback.
There was no wait and she was reluctant to hang up the phone, and it was not for business purposes.
The staff is always very friendly and efficient, they quickly serve orders and are great at accommodating customized requests.
If you don't go early in the morning, you'll find that their donut choices are quite limited.
I'm not into the hipster coffee scene, so employees talking loudly across the lobby at their friends playing on their computers isn't my cup of tea, but the Brown sugar maple bacon croissant was extremely good.
