Dunkin' - Crossville
Dunkin'
Description
The latest coffee destination impresses with its vibrant ambiance but struggles to keep the momentum going. Patrons frequently encounter malfunctioning equipment, long wait times, and an unclear menu—most notably lacking a selection of donuts. Disorganized staffing during peak hours leaves customers frustrated. However, some menu items shine, like the vanilla-bean cocktail and the brown sugar maple bacon croissant. Despite these highlights, inconsistent service and a chaotic atmosphere overshadow the positives. For those seeking a reliable coffee stop, patience may be required or perhaps a trip to a nearby Dunkin' might be a better bet.

At 8:30, I received stale donuts. I asked about the white or chocolate cream donuts but was told they only had Dunkin' Signature donuts. The powder on the jelly donuts was so hard that it broke off in large chunks. We were not satisfied with our experience and will be trying another restaurant. It couldn't get any worse.
I usually order takeout from this restaurant, but the last three times have been disappointing. Yesterday, my coffee was not the correct order and I had to wait for it to be remade, even though I had placed the order online 10 minutes before arriving and was the only person there. The day before, it took three tries for them to get my order right. They really need to step up their game. Hopefully the new store will be better. I understand that everyone has bad days, but that's not an excuse for giving customers the wrong orders. I probably won't be returning to this place.
Tks is the third time I was in this exact dunkin and asked for munchkins. every time they don't have them. Today they had no chocolate and had hardly any blueberry. they should take it from the menu.
There was no wait and she was reluctant to hang up the phone, and it was not for business purposes.
