When we finally got someone 's attention, a wo... read more Did an online order and went to pick up. Went inside. Took several minutes for anyone to greet us at the counter. When we finally got someone 's attention, a women in her mid to late thirties, they told us they didn 't receive our order, and then walked away and ignored us. A few minutes later she came back and I showed her the online order and receipt on the website and she told me again the order doesn 't exist. She then walks away while I 'm still talking to her.At this point, we find the drink has been made in the pickup area so we pull that and show her when she gets back after several minutes of being ignored again. She said well they must not have made it yet then . An order, that she cannot find that was put in 30mins prior. They found it several minutes later. We drive home, to find the order is messed up. The hamburgers were incorrect one even had rotten tomatoes on it. Called the store to see if I could return it for a refund, where I was told that because it was ordered online it would need to be refunded online and was hung up on by the manager before I could ask anything else. Avoid the evening shift here. Unfortunately this is not our first experience like this with this particular location. Highly suggest going to the one on Preston road.

This has happened three times in a r... read more Don’t order for delivery from this location past 10pm. Every time I have, there is AlWAYS something missing from the order. This has happened three times in a row for me through Uber eats. If I drive there myself, the same exact order is readily available and given as ordered. The night crew there doesn’t care if it’s delivery because you as the customer are not there in front of them. Service: Delivery
