I had an incredible experience with the shipping service to North Carolina. My package was packed securely, and the lobster meat was still completely frozen! As someone originally from the Boston area, I was thrilled to find good lobster meat in Charlotte, where it’s quite rare. We're planning to make a Nova Scotia classic: Creamed Lobster served over bread or toast, alongside some tasty sides. There are many options for online seafood ordering from New England, but I highly recommend putting Wulf's Fish at the top of your list!
Fantastic fish! I just grilled the halibut, and it turned out very moist and delicious.
I just received my first order, and the quality was excellent. I'm very happy with it and will definitely be ordering again!
I have ordered from Wulf's several times over the past two years, and what really keeps us coming back is their dedication to eco-friendly packaging. We dislike receiving fresh food items in large Styrofoam boxes, so it's refreshing that Wulf's ships their products in cardboard containers, with reusable ice packs and paper-based insulation. I especially love their poke packs, shortcut options, sushi-grade selections, and anything with lobster or crab. I highly recommend them!
The fish from Wulf's is expertly frozen, and after a proper overnight thaw in the fridge, my first piece—a halibut fillet—looked as if it had just been filleted. It had a vibrant pink center and a translucent appearance all around. A simple pan roast produced a stunning crust and a buttery interior. Absolutely amazing! I also ordered some tuna and King Kampachi in poke packs, which are pre-cubed portions of fish. I made a fantastic sour orange ceviche with the Kampachi, and it’s an incredible fish when served raw. I still have salmon bellies, shrimp burgers, blowfish tails, cold-smoked English trout, redfish, and more halibut left over from my first order. Everything arrived via UPS, frozen solid and packed with dry ice.
