South End Pita - Crossing

I discovered this place yesterday and I’m back again today… may even be back tomorrow :)The food is amazing!!! By far one of the best I’ve had. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and quick. I’ve tried the chicken shawarma roll, the lamb shank platter, the baklava, the Egyptian cakes and the Arab coffee (spiced coffee). Not even sure what’s my favorite because it was all so very delicious. Now I’m obsessed with Moroccan food.I ended up watching a soccer game with the staff and customers. The vibe was great and the servers were both enjoying the game with us while also making sure we were cared for and quickly served, they didn’t miss a beat. Great experience!!

I grew up eating this food and was happy to find it near work.

Went there for lunch with family; Were pleased with the unpretentious and simple atmosphere. The vibe was very down-to-earth and aligns with our taste. The people at the restaurant were warm and friendly, both those who work there and other customers.Coming to food now, it was delicious. Ordered Chicken shawarma, beef kofta, falafel wrap, extra grape leaves and falafels. They were all so well-made and tastes very fresh unprocessed. If we are in Boston, we will certainly come here! Please keep up the quality of food and hope you do well!

South End Pita is a fantastic spot for delicious and authentic Moroccan style Halal food. The lamb shank was absolutely delectable tender, flavorful, and practically falling off the bone. The falafel plate and chicken kabobs salad were also big hits, with fresh ingredients and generous portions.The staff at South End Pita were friendly and courteous, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Great take out style place. Excellent middle-eastern selection. Excellent falafel and Hummus. Good shish kabob meals.
