Pretty flavorful and filling portions! Service was 15-20 mins for the food to come out, but it was a nice area to sit in. The restaurant is off side the lobby so a seat in the back was great compared to the front (where everyone could walk by). I'll def be back as it's a quick stop from the convention center.

We arrived at 3pm when the bar was about 40% full and were told that we needed to move. She then flatly refused to take our drink order and wouldn’t process our bill. When we finally managed to settle up, she actually tossed our check onto the table. For such a pricey hotel, the conduct of the bar staff is quite disappointing and doesn't align with their reputation.

She explained that since we only wanted drinks, we would need to make room for a table that ordered food, despite there being more than ten empty tables available. The service we received after that was poor; she refused to bring us our check and even tossed the bill on our table. Although we left a good tip, our experience was certainly disappointing as we were heading home. It wasn’t the best memory to take away from our stay. On another occasion, I observed a bartender reprimanding a patron for being Ukrainian, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone at the bar. Given the venue's location in such an expensive hotel, I expected much better service and professionalism.
