They charged extra for vegetable fried rice and failed to communicate it. The lady apologized and offered a free beverage for the miscommunication, and when I picked out the beverage, she changed it to water. What is the big deal with the Gatorade that I picked out $1 more)? Sometimes you have to take a loss to get a gain. What was the purpose of the apology? The place could be cleaner and I’m unclear why people are not able to dine-in, and menus are all over the place with wrong prices. Based on my last experience, they can use some training in customer service and cleanliness. #betterserviceplease

I placed an order for my patient. The order never came to my location. what he did the delivery driver he delivered my food to the emergency room. I just watched him on camera. He dropped my food on the floor didn’t tell anybody who’s food it was for he just left! I went down. I called them and I let them know the situation, they are really angry about the situation. They feel like they’re right and I’m wrong. Please do not eat for. If you’re gonna put my food on the floor where’s there’s patients coming in and out with blood and etc.. Why would I eat from a place like that? I can imagine what they doing inside the restaurant please do not eat from them and I’m waiting for my refund to come back. The sauce was great. It doesn't come with rice for some reason so grab a side with your order.
