Some reviews are really harsh with this place so here’s the deal: come here if you’re either here to bowl or staying at the Ramada and don’t mind pub food that... read more Some reviews are really harsh with this place so here’s the deal: come here if you’re either here to bowl or staying at the Ramada and don’t mind pub food that takes 10-30 minutes to make for this overworked kitchen doing its best with a surprisingly active bowling alley. It’ll likely hit the spot and you can enjoy a frame or two while you wait. The negative reviews didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me because why are you expecting culinary wizardry from a pub in a bowling alley? Place is good.One honest critique though: the half-Canadian in me sighed when white gravy instead of brown gravy was used for the poutine. But maybe that’s what Bostonians like. I have no clue. Still hit the spot though. Nice place to vibe when the weather made walking around Boston not fun while staying at the aforementioned Ramada. Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza?
