Starbucks - Cross Roads

While the coffee and espresso can taste quite burned (which makes me sad), their sweet drinks are great. Overall, it is a good starbucks and the staff was always friendly for me.

This Starbucks always makes my drink right and has the most friendly staff. I made the mistake of getting my drink from another place when I knew I'd be near it later. Quickly move forward to me in this trip thru to ask if I could add to some ins in a cup to repair my drink from the other place and the Cross Roads Store insisted to make me a new drink free. Excellent customer service and barista skills. Thank you.

Your Tuesday morning barista was great! I can be kind of indecisive about coffee because they’re either too strong or too sugary. She made a great recommendation and I loved my drink. She was so patient about it. I love when people make suggestions because sometimes making a choice can be overwhelming with all your choices.
