This is our third visit to this restaurant, and it was quite enjoyable. The pizza wasn't overly thick, but it lacked enough sauce, causing the cheese to slide off the crust when we picked it up. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly! Unfortunately, the salad bar at the front was closed for COVID-related sanitary reasons, but they were still able to prepare salads in the back. It seems that none of the staff at this location know how to greet customers when they enter. I understand it’s Pizza Hut, but still… I went in to pick up my order, and there were at least five employees busy with their tasks who completely ignored me. I only managed to get my pizza by interrupting their crucial conversation. I apologize for the inconvenience of trying to collect the pizza I paid for. View all feedback.
Can you please update your address information for your delivery area! There are a lot of new addresses in your delivery area. We have lived here for nearly 2 years, and our address still shows unavailable, yet my neighbor 4 houses down from an older phase is in your system. Downgraded from 5 stars to 1 Star, after no response in the last 3+ months from store GM or Corporate.
This location has amazing employees. The manager Maddie was extremely patient and kind to me. When I had to call back about my order, she fixed and took care of everything immediately. I know mistakes happen but it's about how they handled the situation and was extremely kind.
Greasy, greasy! I asked for my pizza well done, but it came out very floppy instead. I understand that it's New York-style pizza, but my special request was overlooked. I even put it in the air fryer to try and crisp it up, but it was still no good—still floppy.
This is an excellent Pizza Hut! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the food is consistently perfect!
Apparently no one that works here knows how to greet a customer when they walk in. I know it’s Pizza Hut, but come on I went in to pick up an order and there were at least 5 employees going about their business that refused to acknowledge me. I was only able to obtain my pizza by interrupting their very important conversation. Sorry for inconveniencing you guys by trying to get the pizza I paid for.
