Haiku Asian Bistro Sushi Bar

Service was great and the staff was friendly. Just like the beginning of dinner on a Saturday and service was great. They were definitely on their game. Had received the sushi dinner and the wife Padthai. Sushi was excellent, Padthai was a little hard on the fish sauce personally I like it so, but it could be a bit, depending on how 'presumed' you like it. The three people behind the sushi bar also looked like they meant business. Would like to come back without the little one, someday for the Grandmakase.

Last night, 3 of us went to Haiku to eat and I have to say it was the worst experience I had? ve had with you guys so far. I've been coming to Haiku locations for years, and the Bronxville sites are by far the worst. Rude Server, terrible customer service, he didn't want to be helpful at all. Our server was made aware that our sushi didn't taste properly, he knocked his shoulders on us and said? Okay? What service is that? The manager was also rude to tell us? when we tasted our sushi tastefully and only took a role from our account. I will mention my experience to others who also often do this place. Terrible experience and very disappointed. Could be time to change the staff and retrain your team members to customer service. Very disappointed and not worth my money. Don't come back. Good luck!

I?m sorry to say that the quality is sliding at what was always my favorite sushi place. The last 5 times we ordered, the sushi did not seem fresh. It used to have that ?melt in your mouth? freshness which it no longer does. And this last time, even the miso soup tasted different and I threw 2 of them out. I?m wondering if they are using different suppliers.

Had the worst sushi of my life last night and watched my stomach completely sick. I don't know where to start saying I can't eat here. Yellowtail and tuna rolls were physically fat. I suspect that they are not sushi stage fish, the smell was really terrible. Live too far to have returned it. So sick this morning.

The sushi is always fantastic fresh and beautifully prepared. Service is fast and friendly. Advanced outdoor seating means we can always get a table, even if it is busy. We also have many times with the same high quality and fast service.
