Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Cross City

DQ should revoke franchise. Slow drive through where simple ice cream orders wait for large food orders to be filled. Cash only today, no credit cards. Ice cream wasn't creamy it was ice crystals. Didn't taste anything like dq ice cream. Plus potholes inentrance. This used to be a great place. Run down not enough staff and not up to dq standards

Most definitely would help if they had more help... took 20mins waiting behind 1 car at the window do to no one working but a couple people... so sad ???? thank you guys for working ???? our blizzards were ???? perfect and even the puppy ???? ? histreat.. lol

My wife and I went through the passage today with our dogs. Our younger dog was a bit of fun at the girl working on the window. Instead of being afraid of him or making a big deal of it, they kindly gave our dogs a small cup of ice. Nice to do! Our chicken strips lasted a few minutes, but that's because they were nice and fresh. Overall a great experience and a special shouting out to the young lady who was so nice to my goofball dog!

This Dairy Queen is great. If they make a blizzard for you, they don't shy on the soft portion. Every time I have been there, the blizzards they have made for me, and my mother and for other people are completely and a little higher than the rim/edge of the cup the least. I was with other Dairy Queens and other similar restaurants serving soft ice cream and they do not fill it to the edge/edge of the cup, and some of them are short from the top of the cup up to 1/2 or more, and I don't like it when they do that. But this diary does a good job and is not stingy with the soft serve ice desserts. Sometimes I have to wait a little while until my food comes like others, but it is better to wait for the food to get out and be hot and fresh than to go to some other restaurants where they serve you quickly with cold food or food that is warm but has been sitting for a long time. I'd rather wait and get my food fresh than getting cold or warm food that was set up for a while. Fresh and warm food, despite waiting, is another reason why I like this Dairy Queen. In addition, Chris, the owner, is great. He's very nice. I saw that he personally cleaned the tables while his workers work. He's a good owner, as far as I can say. I hope that he and all his workers will continue to keep the good work, serve and improve people well, and as long as they do, I will continue to be very much like this Dairy Queen.

The restaurant has no adult staff, only teenagers working here. The floors are dirty and sticky, and there is trash on both the tables and the floor. The teenagers who are supposed to be working are mostly standing around, texting and playing on their phones instead of cleaning. The bathrooms are extremely filthy and disgusting. I even saw roaches scurrying across the floors, walls, and windows.
