Great food. My family would always eat there when we were in the area. We usually got the beef n broccoli, the crab and cheese Rangoons or the steamed dumplings. Dining in is a little meh and I would suggest calling in order. Still good food big portions and she usually throws in an egg roll on all the meals View all feedback.
What Maria Kamilli doesn't like about China 1:
Chinese are the best at cooking rice but at this restaurant they must be American born Chinese cause my rice was raw and my son's lomein was spaghetti's with meat. I will never spend another penny at this place. Will drive to Chiefland and eat at China one at the Walmart plaza there. Ended up throwing everything out. FOOD IS NASTY! View all feedback.

Seriously, just wow. Not that this is amazing kind of wow but rather wow, what in the world is going on back there Went in to order take away. Ordered. Was told to go away for a while, it would take about 30 minutes. Our order was ready an hour later. It was not nice and hot but rather lukewarm. We ordered spring rolls, I don 't know quite what those 6 drab, tasteless, small rolled up things were but I can 't call them spring rolls We ordered wonton soup. I have never seen a broth that color; it was almost neon. Yellow Orange neon like. Amazingly it was completely tasteless and odorless. The wontons were also a yellow/orange color and the texture was, well, let 's just say the wonton stuck to my teeth like glue. Not appealing or appetizing. We ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. I will say that the shrimp were large and cooked well. I will say that there was no ammonia smell or taste. That is where the good part ends. I love shrimp with lobster sauce but hated this. The consistency of the lobster sauce was, well, it made me gag. It reminded of certain bodily fluids, thick, clear and very viscous. My husband compared to 50 weight motor oil. There were tiny peas and bits of carrot and packed any bits of pork. I tossed in the disposal. Next, we tried the pork fried rice and pork lo mein. There is so little to say aside from dismal, tasteless, overcooked rice and pasta. Honestly, I feel terrible for the people who define Chinese food based on this place. It is, literally, the only game in town. Chinese cuisine is full of layers of flavor, bright and fresh ingredients, and an amazing array of spices. This, this was simply a travesty. Shame on them.
Some dishes are good, the egg rolls and portions are good but the general tso's just tastes like there's barely any sauce on it in comparison to other chinese restaurants like just a little sauce was added and cooked into the chicken with no sauce leftover.
