This place was amazing! The food was fantastic, they had a great drink selection, and the service was impeccable! The owners were such friendly and kind people and they really care about their guests and their servers. They were all hands on deck and still made connections with their guests. What Keepit Real doesn't like about The Bypass:
Mixed reviews... food was excellent though waitress mixed up our orders. Atmosphere is super nice and probably nicest in 60 mile radius if you want a nice atmosphere for a “date night”. They do need to paint a few walls where chairs have gouged off paint. I had the fish and chips (Cod) and it was delicious and cooked perfect. The service was excellent, the drinks delicious, the establishment is nicely renovated. I will definitely come back.
Terrible service! We've been visiting The Bypass for a couple of years during our hunting trips, and our experiences have consistently been disappointing. There have been times we've waited up to 90 minutes for our meals. Orders frequently get mixed up, and the food is often undercooked or overcooked. The timing is also an issue; half of our table receives their food quickly, while the other half has to wait an extra 30 to 45 minutes. The restaurant and bar are lovely, but unfortunately, the staff has let us down each time we visit. We won't be returning!
The grilled chicken Alfredo deserves to be in a five-star restaurant.
The best restaurant in Crosby! They offer a great variety of options. The interior design is lovely, and the music creates a nice atmosphere. The staff is hardworking and attentive.
We visited at 3 PM when only the bar area was open, but the restaurant side wasn’t in operation. Fortunately, they offered a full menu, and since we had a toddler with us, our server kindly let us sit on the restaurant side to accommodate our need for a high chair. All the tables in the bar area were high tops, which would have made it difficult with a toddler. As for kid-friendliness, they were very accommodating. They let us order just a hot dog for my daughter without requiring a bun or any sides, which meant we didn’t incur any extra charges. The fact that they allowed us to use the restaurant side despite it being closed was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience!
