Subway - Crosby

This restaurant doesn't even deserve a star. To start with, they don't honor basic cleanliness. It's ironic since I visited another place just a week and a half ago and had no issues. I ordered a chicken breast sub, but it seemed like there was barely any effort put into it. Overall, I didn't want to give it a three-star rating, so I won't be coming back. The staff's eye rolls were unprofessional, and if something is listed on the menu, they should actually have it available.

The staff is unprofessional and seems to be careless about their work. They add way too much flavoring to the point that the roasted bread becomes soggy. When you mention it, they act as if it’s a joke, saying things like, “Oops, I added too much, not my fault!” If you’re looking for a decent Subway sandwich, I recommend going elsewhere because these workers clearly don’t take their jobs seriously and lack attention to detail.

The atmosphere is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The talented sandwich artists make you feel at home, and they always greet you with a smile. Thank you!

The personal is inappropriate, sneaks on what they ask but, put too much flavored at the point that their roasted brot gets soggy and before they can say anything about it, they act as if it was a sweat “whoops, haha I put too much debt my coworkers, they did it”. if they want a decent subway sandwich. they go somewhere else because these workers play too much and don't pay attention to what they do.

SUPER CLEAN eat in or take out location with fantastic service. Safe and well lit. Easily accessible from 2100 and Hare Rd. I have been using this location since it opened and it is the best of any Subway I’ve ever been in. Always clean, smells amazing and I’m greeted as soon as I walk in. The team is super friendly and accommodating. Food is phenomenal when you want a great sub! Fresh ingredients every single time. I haven’t had their breakfast but they serve that as well. Y’all, I see a lot of old reviews on here that are knocking this store. Most of them are for poor service. Pretty sure all of those previous employees are long gone. Go try them out! Go see Tina and let her hook you up for lunch or supper!
