Kfc - Cromwell

I'm just gonna rate the food. The KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich was excellent. Cole Slav was very good, the pommes were very good and the cookie was good. Very good food everywhere.

Everything was good. Spicy chicken sandwich box. Good value. I was expecting this KFC.

I only had a great experience today. Long story, but I had trouble securing some chicken before Hurricane Henri this weekend. I went in a few days later and the lady reminded me and felt bad about forgiveness. She gave me my order for free. I didn't expect that. Even an old friend was rude to me while I gave up my order. Another woman working there said she was sorry. I thought these two ladies made such beautiful gestures. It paid me well. The people who work there today have a lot of class and are really good with customer service. They took care of what happened, and then some. Oh, and the chicken was finger licking. Thank you.

A really nice kfc location. The staff was friendly and constantly kept the restaurant cleaned while we were there. Comfortable dining area too.

Messed up my order and the phone is busy.. they had two people eating... no need for not being able to pick up the phone.. now I have to go to the store and be a karen..Karen... congratulations you've won today's not picking the phone up prize!!
