aujourd'hui pour la fête des pères, accueil chaleureux des serveurs, choix variés des entrées aux desserts. nous étions dix et chacun a très apprécier son choix de plat et les cuissons étaient parfaites. nous avons déjeuné un dimanche midi au fer à cheval(le 2/7) visiblement le cuisinier devait déjà être en vacances!!la ratatouille qui accompagnait les rognons n'était qu'un produit décongelé ,quant au dessert ,le cheesecake était vraiment mauvais, trop cuit,trés fin, on ne retrouvait même pas le goût des speculoos.Bref mangez chez vous ce sera bien mieux et moins cher!! Very good meat and beautiful wine card. Not easy to park nearby (only few places). better to take time to reserve in advance. Near Barbieuw and another beautiful place for lunch Bo Jardin .
Excellent restaurant for meat lovers many choices on the menu including Lamb's brain (neurer than it sounds). Good beer and friendly staff.
One of my major problems with some French restaurants today is that they go over the top to be creative and complicate the plate. This restaurant cooks like good French restaurants 30 years ago, with a good attention to the quality of ingredients and the time needed to get the most out of them. The staff was charming and helpful and the atmosphere was friendly and unpredictable. I had an excellent start (Lambs Brains, which were boiled for perfection and my Rib Eye Steak was just as ordered (saignant). I can't forget the wine... it's a wonderful bottle of St. Estephe that I would have been back and not expensive to be restaurant prices and probably half the price in England. The coffee was... Well, I have never learned to ask an espresso outside of Italy to find a place that can replicate what the Italians do. The fleet list was extensive and I just had to try a whisky called Monkey Shoulder.
Habitués du restaurant très chaleureux et familiale, nous trouvons la cuisine excellente dans ce restaurant spécialisé dans la viande, les cuissons sont parfaitement maîtrisées, l'ambiance est familiale, les serveurs sont disponibles. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant!
