love their smoothie shells and freshly squeezed juices (especially sweet tart). they also sell their own fresh cashew milk and now serve GF bread for their sandwiches. but the granola used on the smoothie shells is not gf, so simply forget that if necessary. updated by the previous review on 2021-07-19 View all feedback.

I didn’t think I could enjoy a fruit smoothie bowl in the winter but I was wrong. They have seasonal flavors like pumpkin and peppermint. Just amazing no matter the weather.
The food was good as usual however I ordered and paid for extra granola on the side and it was missing. Very disappointing..

I love this place and the only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because awhile ago I noticed the Matcha bowls changed. The base don’t seem as thick. I hadn’t been back in a while and went in today to get a bowl. I could have sworn the bowl had sliced bananas on top but the staff said the bananas are only blended in and my base was runny. I think they may make the base, beforehand, and store it is a freezer until needed. Not sure but something has changed because when I first started patronizing Rutabaga, about 2yrs ago, the Matcha base was nice and thick. Either way, I enjoy this place. I may just stick to the juices…
