I asked for a JJBLT, it came out fully cold with grizzled fat caked to the bacon… when I asked about heating it up, the manager flippantly said it comes that way. This is a hilarious sandwich. This is the third time.Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat lettuce or tomato due to a chronic illness. I asked to replace those ingredients with cheese and they upcharge me. Why am I paying more for less food?

Second time visiting this Jimmy John’s and food was much better prepared. Tuna wasn’t dry and bread was soft.
The service was poor. The two guys t there act like they didn't knew what I was talking about. This was my third time there and they mess up my sub every time. Like they said in baseball. Three strikes you out.
Extremely slow. waited 45 mins in the drive thru for 1 wrap. don’t waste your time!
