This is our go to breakfast place! Waitresses are very sweet and work really hard. I haven't tried their lunch/dinner in over a year, but was good as well. They REALLY took care of us yesterday during a little extra activity going on outside the restaurant. Thanks again! View all feedback.
What Jared Cravens doesn't like about Rosemary's Hilltop Kitchen:
The food wasn’t very good, and prices were very high. One biscuit with gravy is $2.50, one pancake is $4.00, a single fried egg is $4.00. I can do bad food for cheap or expensive good food, but this was expensive 1-2 star food, so no reason to go back. Oh and the kitchen didn’t have butter for my pancakes, just the “buttery spread” that’s vegetable oil and water. What kind of restaurant kitchen doesn’t have butter?! View all feedback.
No flavor. The grits were just plain grits cooked in water, nothing else. The oatmeal was the same. Not edible. Eggs, bacon, and ham were cooked to order. Step up yalls game!
My first time coming here and Kathy was so helpful at helping me decide what was good and was very nice.Big chicken fried steak comes with salad bar and 2 sides, best bring your appetite! The other pic is grilled steak burger and it too came with the same setup!

The staff is great! It's regular Southern Diner food. Everyone at our table loved their food.
I was one of 3 older ladies returning from a high school reunion in Southeast Texas traveling back to the Dallas area. We got a late start and postponed breakfast, but time passed, and it was nearing the noon hour. We checked on-line and found this little gem of a country restaurant. We called ahead and found that they served breakfasts all day. We took a hop over from 287 and were so glad we did. The breakfast was wonderful! The ambiance was very down home but all that mattered to us was the food. We all got the Big Country Breakfast and ate every bite! We had a sweet little waitress named Cheyenne who joined us (in between serving other guests) for a discussion full of laughs. Service was GREAT! Just before leaving we noticed the home-made pies in a glass case. We all decided to get a take-out slice of the coconut cream for later. We all ate a bite before leaving and it was oh so yummy! Just like my Mamma used to make. We will definitely be returning if ever we are passing that way again. ALL GOOD!
