Was BRENDA at Gateway Grill a mag?
Stopped by on Friday for the fish. It was amazingly good. Staff was very nice and prices were good also. I suggest checking them out sometime. Will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Elana Jackson dislikes about Gateway Grill:
Our experience was disappointing. My husband's hamburger was incredibly dry, and to make matters worse, there was a hair on his plate. I ordered the Rachel, which was also unsatisfactory—I had to hunt for the sauerkraut. We paid for our meal, even though we didn't eat it, and left. We won’t be returning. View all feedback.

--- I recently enjoyed a dinner at this restaurant, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. The meal price ranged from $20 to $30 per person, which I found quite reasonable given the quality. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive, also deserving of a 5-star rating. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Lastly, the atmosphere was fantastic, with a cozy and inviting vibe that made us feel right at home, which I also rated a 5. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful dining experience! --- Let me know if you need any adjustments!
Fantastic food! The service was excellent, and I dined in for dinner. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well!
Dining at this restaurant offers a blend of highs and lows. While the food shines with standout dishes like the prime rib sandwich and phenomenal pizza, service issues plague the experience. Diners reported long wait times, with some meals taking up to 45 minutes and inconsistent food quality. Though the atmosphere is lively and the prices are reasonable ($10–$20 per person), cleanliness concerns have been noted. Overall, while the restaurant has potential with excellent food and friendly service, it may be best to visit during off-peak hours for a more satisfying experience.

More waitstaff than anywhere, yet slowest service than anywhere. No dogs allowed, even on huge outside deck eating area. Hardly any gluten free options.
Great stop for breakfast. Fun atmosphere, outdoor seating bar with great music! Nice menu options, reasonably priced. Big portions. Good service. Delicious food!
Really good ****** Mary, fair prices, cool specials, nice people.
Another fantastic spot I visit weekly. I truly love this place!
I tried the Sunday buffet, and there was a good variety of decent food at a really reasonable price. The service was excellent. My only complaint is that when I ordered coffee, it turned out to be so weak that it wasn't even brown. Overall, I’ll definitely return for the food and service, but I’ll be skipping the coffee next time.

I'm still bummed that I missed the meat raffle! I suggest you try giving the staff a dollar for a smile—they're fantastic! Don't forget to check out the 50-cent wing Thursdays. If you're in the mood for a...
The service isn't the biggest issue at this restaurant; the real problem lies with the food, which tends to be quite bland and frequently overcooked. It's disappointing that they can't even consistently serve a decent burger.

Gateway is a true gem in the community, not only offering great food but also serving as a gathering place for families and friends. We recently had the Wisconsin Girls National Wrestling Team in town for a camp, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Scott, the owner, offered us a great discount on meals and even allowed us to hold a car wash fundraiser in the busy parking lot on a weekend. The money raised from the fundraiser will provide the wrestlers with the opportunity to compete outside the state. The generosity and kindness shown by Scott not only made this camp memorable for the girls but also taught them valuable lessons about living in a small town. Thank you, Gateway, for making this camp a truly unforgettable experience for the 20 girls in attendance.
Whenever we find ourselves in the Crivitz area, we make sure to stop by this restaurant. The service is always top-notch and we absolutely adore this place!
