The meat is carefully selected, well-finished cuts, cooked precisely, and flavorful without those desperate attempts to cover everything up with useless sauces. Here, the fire does its job, and it does it well. The beer is selected with the same care: a few labels, but just the right ones. Not the usual list made to fill up space, but a selection designed to enhance what comes from the grill. The owner is the added value. You can see he's eager to do his best, to grow, to offer a better experience every week.
