I had a really frustrating experience with the curbside service at this location. After waiting for a long time, no one ever showed up! I had to hobble in on crutches to get my food, and there was no assistance at all. I love bagels, but I definitely did not enjoy this experience, especially since I had to deal with my injury. I tried calling the location, but it felt like the phone number was a joke—just ringing end... View all feedback.
Bought a gift card electronically for a family member and got myself a bonus electronic $10 in and email ... Came in to use it before Jan 1 and they told me it was only good after Jan 1 read the fine print... . Well by then it was lost in my email so no bonus for me. Frustrated.

Often times the coffee bar has empty containers, and when the staff are told, they act offended that they have been bothered. A couple of times, they've replaced it with lukewarm coffee and plenty of attitude.I guess it really is hard to get good help these days. ?
