Smoothie King - Creve Coeur

Every time I order online, it’s never ready. I ordered my smoothie and the receipt said ready at 2:15, it’s 2:35 and still not ready. This has happened several times. There’s only one person working and they had to call their manager.

Has the Hulk and the strawberry Gladiator shake. Both were really good.

The smoothies are delicious and healthy, but what stands out is how knowledgeable and courteous the staff is! They were very helpful in selecting the best smoothie for me this morning. Great way to start my day!

Employee rude, didn’t even get a “hi,” she just said we are only taking online orders today. So I asked if I was supposed to just order online and she said “yeah but it will be a 25 minute wait.” She should not have a job in which she interacts with the public. This store should have a sign on it that shares their inability to take and complete walk- in orders.

Picture coming before work then saying online order only, I hate workers get to make their own rules when their manager not in.. won’t be back at this location nobody has time for this
