It made me wonder if they were just doing basic manners really well and showing courtesy and customer service skills because on average those have become lower these days but I don't think so I think they're genuinely nice. I LOVE Qdoba, but this location has a habit of serving customers DAY OLD RICE! As much as you guys charge for a Chicken Bowl you would think the rice, meat and veggies are FRESH. The rice was SO hard stale, it literally sounded like little pellets hitting the trash can! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I want my money back!!! View all feedback.
The foods good. I was unable to sing up for a reward account via the app. The store could not look up my existing account, highly annoying.
Employees were amazing, amazing food. The place was very clean.

We stopped here with my family after a long day. The staff behind the counter were very nice and friendly and a refreshing end to a long day.
This location is slow as hell. People are waiting for over an hour for food. Well im still waiting on my food. People's online orders are non important. Its about 10 of us waiting and a line of 20
