We pre-ordered our cake and picked him up. The gentleman who took our order was easy to speak and friendly. We paid for picking up and had another person in the register he was enthusiastic and more than friendly during our interaction and greeting. We have the BBQ Chicken Pie and it was fanfriggintastic!
