Cold Stone Creamery - Creve Coeur

I called the store on a Friday afternoon after our son surprised us by asking for a Lightning McQueen cake for his birthday in just 2 days. I found that Cold Stone had one listed online, but I was unsure if they could make it on such short notice. I spoke with Abby on the phone, who kindly offered to check with the owner to see if it was possible. Within 30 minutes, Kevin, the owner/manager, called me back and assured me that they would make the cake in time for Sunday. He even suggested where to order the cake topper for faster delivery. The cake was ready on time and looked perfect, allowing me to easily add the cars on top myself. The employee at the store was also very friendly and helpful. This was my first time ordering from Cold Stone, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I was amazed by their quick response and willingness to make it happen for me. We will definitely be ordering from them again and appreciate the excellent customer service they provided.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and the ice cream is delicious! I came in specifically to try the new Nintendo collaboration flavors.

We?ve been twice with our Goddaughter because it is her absolute favorite! Great service and delicious ice cream. She loved her Marshmallow Shake. I had their Brown Butter ice cream special and it was very good. Obviously, we will be back!

I absolutely love this Cold Stone location! One time they made a mistake with my order, but when I told them, they quickly and without hesitation remade it in just one minute, even though there was a long line. The customer service here is exceptional, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Kevin, Aidan, and all the other employees are outstanding.

I've had one too many bad experiences through their delivery service online. This is the second time they didn't get my order right. The first time I didn't say anything but it's hard to understand how anyone can't follow simple instructions. I asked for chocolate chip cookies and got cookie dough. There was little to no brownies in it at all. I basically paid for vanilla ice cream that I could have gotten from the grocery store for a lot cheaper. I won't be ordering from here again .
