What karen karen doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Never got to taste the food. We were seated and never got a waitress. Everyone except greeter was partying at the bar with, I guess, celebrating/singing another employee's birthday. We watched two women come in, be seated after us and immediately waited on. As we began to leave, the gentleman in the booth behind us said he had been waiting for service for 15 minutes and was still waiting when we left. It was just awf... View all feedback.
Sunday we attempted to grab a table around 6 pm with no luck. Numerous employees walked by the hostess area and wouldn't even make eye contact. After about 10 minutes of this we decided to leave.I gave it a few days and did a pick up order. I was pleasantly surprised to find the food ready on time, as ordered and all was well. Better customer service this time too.
I was with a group of about 10. Not only was Arteria really good at her job, but she was one of the friendliest waitresses I've ever had!
All the above plus, that's getting your money's worth and extra!!!

Our meals tasted very good and our server was on top of things. Several visits to the table to check/refill even though they were busy. ?
