frankly the taste is very good but the oil is of the great anything. You've got to cut the fat in your recipes, guys. I was forced to throw the bread so it was filled with oil. I know that I don't expect a diet meal by taking this but judge by yourself the level of oil present for a sandwich. and a little too salty, and meat and fries.
