He started with the scam when I showed my loyalty card with the 10th sandwich offered, saying no it's the old card there now it's the 11 one offered. After taking my order after he told me that it doesn’t exist anymore, I changed the sandwich and brought an almost empty sandwich to the kebab! Oh, really bad.
