Only 4 people working, food is COLD, forgot are drinks, slow service, cinnamon twist ain’t even cooked. honestly wasn’t good i expected

Times are tough I guess even for the paying customer. I came to this location not long ago and paid $1 for a sauce on the side only for it to be half filled. To top off the experience I was not offered or given any Taco Bell hot sauce packets. If you come here check your order and make sure to get your money’s worth. My order was accurate at least.

Alright, so it’s just a taco, nothing too complicated, right? Well, think again. I ordered tacos and they arrived with hardly any meat, so this time I requested extra meat. Unfortunately, the soft shells ended up soggy and dripping with oil, and the lettuce was slimy. To make matters worse, I discovered a lettuce stalk when I tried to turn the soggy tacos into a taco salad.

Objectively one of the worst if not the worst taco bells in the illiana region. Count on terrible food, workers who freestyle their hours they work, and nothing remotely fast about the place.

I had a disappointing experience when they forgot my chicken quesadilla, beefy 5-layer burrito, and 3 soft shell taco supremes (without lettuce). I spent over $40, so I will be calling first thing tomorrow. On a positive note, there are plenty of parking spots available. - Chris Vines
