Old Town Tap - Crete

This is a fantastic spot with a wide variety of cold beers. The burgers are excellent! While some may consider them pricey, they’re definitely worth the cost.

Don't let the small parking lot fool you. While the lot may be limited, the interior of the restaurant is spacious, and there's a lovely terrace with ample seating. At first, I hesitated when I saw cars parked along the street, but I took a chance and went inside, where I was seated immediately. I ordered the BBQ platter, and the brisket was the standout—it was the best item on the plate. The onion rings and fries were also delicious. I will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue with my daughter's meal, but the staff handled it promptly and without any questions.

Amazing spot! The food is outstanding. While the service may be a bit challenging with new staff, the overall atmosphere is unbeatable. I really appreciate the new outdoor seating and the variety of craft beers available. I do miss the smaller setup, but I'm enjoying this larger open area. They've done a great job with it—this is definitely my go-to place!

Great food and service! Large bar tables in the seating area outside with umbrellas for each table. Large selection of drinks. Nice family atmosphere. You also have live bands on Friday nights. I strongly recommend eating a meal or at least a drink!

I have always liked Old Town Tap and have been going there for about a decade. They upgraded about a year-and-a-half ago and added an outdoor patio that's wonderful. It's definitely a great place to go hang out outdoors and have a few drinks whether coming back from Balmoral or just going out on a leisurely Sunday. Their burnt ends hands down are the best I have ever had and they have a great craft and international beer list. I'll be back as often as I can and always also make a stop at Evil Horse Brewery a block away on the way home. Nice job Smokey Joe's.
