Unfortunately, th... read more Despite the not so big reviews here on google we decided to spend an evening in the mones. the photos online the vegan menu have addressed us. Unfortunately, this was our first last visit. the waiter ruined us the evening with his laune unfriendly art. pasty replied that dessert immediately brought the bill, although we still did so, to drink something and not ask for the bill. in the other tables we have seen that, as usual in Greece, there is a ouzo for us, but not seemingly that our waiter had no more bumped on him. After we paid cash and the bill with our refund after 10 minutes did not return, he no longer had to think, we left the restaurant unhappy. there are 2 stars for who eat our friends (thunfish steak). the vegan risotto came uncooked that we sent back to the kitchen for this there was no excuse. the noodles with pesto were salted and too oily. the chocolate mousse as dessert was very delicious.

It is tucked away from the main tourist areas and is connected to a beautifully renovated monastery that now serves as a hotel. The interior of the restaurant is absolutely stunning. I was delighted to discover that they offer a vegan menu. When inquiring about the pesto, the server went to check with the kitchen and returned to inform me that it contained cheese. However, they kindly prepared a pasta dish for me with a vegan marinara sauce. Despite the initial error on the vegan menu, I commend them for their effort in catering to vegan diners. I am happy to assist in their learning process. In places where vegan options are not yet common, I take it upon myself to inquire about ingredients such as cheese in the pesto, eggs in the pasta, yogurt in the sauce, mayonnaise in the dressing, and so on.
