Peppers at the Roos by Nibblez

Have visited the club numerous times for dinner, dining room very noisy we choose to eat out in the lounge area. The meals are average good variety on menu. Major complaint is the kitchen send out meals in a haphazard order and every time there has been a meal wrong or something missing.

Food was cold and tasteless, service was non existent. Would not recommend anyone eat here. Drinks are well priced - that is the only positive.

We went there the other night and all I can say to anyone planning on going there is, DON‘T！！！The service was OK but the food was atrocious. I ordered a snitz and it was like it had been marinating in oil before it was cooked, soggy and terrible. My wife had prawns and these were left on the plate as we wer worried about food safety - they were bland and rubbery.It used to be SOOO good, such a shame! The new owners need to do a lot of work!

I have had the opportunity on several occasions to join friends or coworkers at the Roos Club for various functions. Although at first hand the menu has been impressive, I have always been disappointed with the meal. I can't really say anything specific about it other than, compared to other choices in Queanbeyan and surrounds, this restaraunt is simply 'average'.

For a consistently good meal in a modern club atmosphere you cannot go past Peppers at the Roos Club in Queanbeyan. The menu has something for everyone and the food is freshly cooked, affordable and well presented. The staff are efficient and helpful. Good casual and family dining, well separated from bars and gaming areas. For members and visitors alike. Well worth a visit!!
