Smoothie King - Crestview

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and refused to remake my smoothie without sugar, despite my medical condition that prevents me from consuming too much sugar. I wasn't looking for a refund; I simply wanted my smoothie made correctly, and I clearly explained my situation to them, but they still refused to help. I spent $10 on a smoothie that I couldn’t even drink. Having worked at several Smoothie King locations in the past, I know that remaking a smoothie takes less than a minute, so this felt like pure laziness and incompetence. I will not be returning to this location.

The acai bowls here are the worst I've ever had. It seems like only the morning and daytime staff know how to make them properly. The night shift just adds a spoonful of acai and three banana slices. I should have just chosen something else!

The store is exceptionally clean! I ordered several smoothies and a bowl, and they exceeded my expectations. They truly made a positive impact on our day, and we will definitely be coming back. The employee, Maicee, was very kind and helpful; she even took the time to chat with my little one. It didn’t seem like anyone else was working, but she got our order out quickly. A huge shoutout to this location, and thank you for providing a receipt—so many places don't do that anymore! We will be downloading the app as she suggested, as this will undoubtedly be our new go-to spot. Great job, Smoothie King! If you’re reading this, make sure to stop by this location!

Good all-around store. Cleanliness is what I notice, the corners of walls don't appear dirty, bathroom is clean. They don't short your order, always filled to the top.

I'm here for the smoothies! Island impact or pineapple surf add are my favorites. Add vanilla frozen yogurt to either and whatever enhancer your into and it's absolutely delicious. Get the app so you can get rewards!
