The staff here is phenomenal. The store always feels welcoming whether you have a question, want something specific, or just plain want to get in and out quickly. Most service is quick and even on very busy days (like Sunday church rush) things seem to still move along. Managers aren't shy about helping bag and cashier etc, even all the way up to the GM. I placed a pickup order for a wrap at the deli, and was highly disappointed. First off, I wanted avocado in the wrap, and while it was in there, it was like they lightly brushed some on the tortilla and called it good. I asked for White American cheese on it, and they gave me normal yellow American. Only half of my wrap had what I asked for in it. The other half was missing bacon, peppers, and ranch dressing.
